This gel wrist rest works fine but has a horrible smell that lasts for a couple of weeks. After that the smell goes away. Also the fabric covering gets dirty quickly because it can't be wiped off. We've had ours for only a couple of months and they look horrible already.

I should have listened to the other reviewer. This is a nice product as far as doing what it's meant to do. Nice and cushy, nice width, etc. But, wow, it really does have a horrible, potent chemical smell. It even gets on your hands kind of like latex does. Going to try some things with baking soda and see if I can dissipate it. Just be forwarned: chances are you'll get a stinky one, too!

Smells very strongly like gasoline, makes me sick to work with it. Also, it is not a straight bar as shown, but curved.
